  CHW provides engineering, fabrication and installation of all types of motion control. CHW can service and install all brands of controllers and we specialize in the application of Allen-Bradley brand, CHW can engineer a system to be fitted on new equipment as well as modernize older equipment to increase performance. These systems can be as simple as controlling a single cylinder or motor up to speed and pressure control of 20 or more actuators. These systems can be networked and monitored from remote locations giving increased flexibility in performing quality control and predictive and preventative maintenance. 

   CHW performs mechanical repairs on all types of machinery. We repair power transmissions as well as steel structures. These services include welding and steel fabrication on-site and in our facility. We also provide engineering services to modify existing equipment to customer’s specifications. Machine shop services are also available for the fabrication of tool and die components. 

  CHW troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electrical machinery control systems. This includes, machinery fitted with relay logic as well as programmable logic controllers. These services also include, light curtains, safety interlock systems, emergency stop circuits, and programmable logic controllers. 

 CHW specializes in the engineering, fabrication, troubleshooting and installation of all types of hydraulic systems. These systems include low pressure oil circulation up to ultra high pressure hydraulic clamps and forming systems. Hydraulic systems can be engineered for any type of machinery. Troubleshooting of hydraulic systems can be performed in the field using state of the art test equipment. New hydraulic systems are properly installed, eliminating contamination in hydraulic conductors. Commissioning of new installations is available to end users as well as original equipment manufacturers.
