About Us

Complete Hydraulic Works, Inc. was started in October 1987. Before the start of CHW, Daniel Fano was managing International Fluid Systems, Marine Construction Division. The business flourished from the beginning and expansion necessitated relocation on 1988 to our present location in Midland Park, NJ.

Major steps in the company came in 1989, with a manufacturing contract for Hoesch Industries, which led to expanded welding capabilities. In 1992, the company was contracted by the Department of Defense to service the Environmental Testing Group at Picatinny Arsenal, an in 1993 began servicing and maintaining the Charlottesburg Dam in West Milford, NJ for the City of Newark, Water and Sewers Division. Meanwhile field service has continued to grow and remains the company's primary business.

Today Complete Hydraulic Works, Inc. continues to North Jersey's leading hydraulic service company with the expansion of its service vehicle fleet and employee training. Complete Hydraulic Works, Inc. services all commercial and industrial hydraulic machinery, designs and manufactures hydraulic power units, pipe fabrications and related mechanical components. We also perform rigging and start up services on all types of machinery.

We perform troubleshooting, service and repair of fluid handling and motion control systems. We are experienced in the application of hydraulic and pneumatic motion control. We also offer engineering and ACAD designs plus installation and maintenance of industrial equipment including welding and rigging.

We have service technicians trained in troubleshooting and repair of such systems. We are located 16 miles northeast of New York City and primarily serves a market of more than 30,000,000 people within a 50 mile radius of our 5000 square foot facility.

CHW performs hydraulic machinery rehabilitation, a service that is unparalleled in the industry. Our resources in specifying replacement components coupled with our machinery repair knowledge equals rehabilitation projects that are performed smoothly and within budget.
